Overall, the experience was not bad, but nothing really stood out. The hard products are superficially beautiful, but neither classy nor exquisite. For example, the handles of the wardrobe/closet are placed at such an angle that youd twist your fingers trying to open it. Or the width of the lounge sofa is so narrow that youd think youre sitting in a business class seat on an airplane. And placing a strange looking speaker in front of the sockets on the desk is totally user-unfriendly. Or the very uncomfortable height of the tables and chairs in the Italian restaurant. Soft products are equally bland. The breakfast buffet spread was the same on two consecutive days (its not really a big spread). Youd think theyd at least change two or three hot dishes, but only the vegetables were different. Service was strange as well. The service isnt bad, but it isnt thoughtful. For example, wh...
